Singapore, A Garden City
On June 16, 1953, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, then Prime Minister of Singapore, planted a tree at Farrer Circus to to get Singapore started on its journey into a garden city.
Passing of Mr Lee Kuan Yew - Founding Father of Singapore
Today, 23 March 2015, marks the passing of our founding father, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew.
We would not be where we are now without the passion, courage and vision of Mr Lee.

The Jewel Orchid
I had some doubts as to how long this "jewel" will survive as it is known to require certain very particular growing conditions. However, it does seem that the plant is doing very well on the roof garden.

Wrightia Religiosa - June 2012
9 June 2012: Bought these Wrightia Religiosa from Eden back in December 2010. They didn't take well to the afternoon sun at the back patio but have since taken on new colors on the side planter, which only receives the morning sun.
